rema discarta asked:

I am looking to go on a end of July/early August vacation All-Inclusive for two people. I have been looking at a variety of places including the U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. I was looking to spend about $700-$1000 per person on air+hotel. I preferably want a 3 star or better resort. Any suggestions where I should or should not stay?
I am departing from Pittsburgh International Airport and the dates are preferably sometime between July 17-August 9.

I got 4 star for US$ 100 in Bali, a place called the Melia Benoa. All inclusive, by the beach, good food, good booze. Just book in advance. Good luck!

Well, depending on where you are flying from:
Looking up your OWN flights, hotels, and rental car and attractions is the best possible solutions. Trvel agents are nice, but expensive because they use exclusive places, and are restricted to major airlines and hotel chains only.
However, taking an hour or even two one night, and looking for your options is the best possible solution.
Good airlines that fly to these destinations are such as jetBlue, AirTran, and even Coninental. But I would say jetBlue is the best choice, as their flights are cheap and their staff is amazing. Plus the in flight entertainment and the best room in coach on any U.S. ailrine? I would choose them :D Realize that no matter what airline / hotel, they are going to be much more epensive on:
Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Wednesdays. These are business peak days, so try choosing Tuesdays and Thursdays to travel/ book on. Also realize that at that time, those locations are very crowded so book fast to get the best deals. Places jack their prices and say they are on sale, when in truth if they hadnt put them on sale, tey would be cheaper.

If you want to give me a little more info, like where you are most interested to go,and your departure airport, I can give you some estimates. i wont mind, I was a travel agent for 6 years, and I bok my friend’stravel all the time :D Trust me, i dont wantyour name or info or anything, just give me the city of departure and what you are looking to do when you go.
Glad to help, and even if you dont give me the info, i hope this helps and have a great vacation!!!!
