Suggestions for a 7-day vacation on a beach? Beachfront resorts in Hawaii?

I am currently 15-weeks pregnant and in desperate need of a vacation, preferrably one week anywhere in late February to late March (before my 3rd trimester). I want somewhere on beach where I can just sit and relax, but I also need to make sure all risks are minimal (ie. hep A/B/C, etc.). I’ve checked on Expedia and the only place I can find is Hawaii, but most of the hotels are a walk away from the beach. I want something that’s beachfront. Any suggestions?

It’s many years since I’ve been to ‘Honolulu’, you will enjoy it there, the
Americans are very sociable. The beach should be black volcanic sand, but it’s not.they import their sand from the mainland (Portland) in the states. I may add they do a good job too. The beach’s are superb.
The cops are hot there on ‘J’ walking, use the pedestrian intersections.
I got caught by a big Hawaiian cop, they have a sense for the dramatic.
“Come here buddy” , Oh God I’ve got caught. I said, “Yes Constable”.
Gee you are from England!!. the rest is history, Phew**! that was close.
If you go into a bar for drinkies, you will probably be sitting next to a
millionaire, when you go in a car park, the natives are prone to fender
bending, keep a eye out.
You will be shopping of course, all shopping is subject to State Tax,
I bought some tropical shirts, of good quality. A year or so later my lady got pregnant, the last I saw of them, the sarifices we gents make.
Enjoy your holiday, I wish you well.
