Where is the best place to travel in July for a beach vacation?

I live in Canada and would like to travel to a nice beach resort at the end of July. Anywhere between Canada, the US or down south is a possibility….but I’m afraid of hurricane season and possibly getting rained out for our short 5 day trip - a much needed getaway to just lie on the beach and have a pina colada - some entertainment at night would be fun and it would have to be a decent place - clean and friendly. Anyone recommend a spot?? Thanks bunches.

Well don’t be arfaid be strong and do what you plese. But I would perferr Florida. I brought my little sister down there last year for her birthday in July. Toward the end. And me and my familey are from New Orleans. But I wouldn’t perrfer for you to go ther just yet. Give them sometime. Hope you have a great time on your trip where ever you decide to go.
Traverse City, Michigan
Try any of the beaches between LA and San Diego in California. There are a lot of them and you can just pick a beach and see if you like it. The weather in southern California at this time of year is almost always great! No worry about major hurricanes etc. It is where I would pick if I had to go. You can also find a larger hotel that is located on the beach where they will serve drinks poolside or for you to carry down to the ocean’s beach!
