can you make payment on a disney vacation package ?

If you book with Disney directly, they do let you make payments - I think it’s only two payments though, one down payment and the balance due by so many days before your vacation date. That’s what it was last time I checked, but it’s been a while. You can call them and ask what their payment plans are.
I don’t know where you are coming from or how many people you are taking, but for 18,000 I hope you are getting a swanky suite and first-class airfare!
Girl I hope you mean $1800 and not $18,000. I would rather go out of the country somewhere for that price, but yes you can make payments,
