My former employer ignores the judgment of the Employment Tribunal and the County Court?

Please advise me on what should I do to make them pay me?!!!
My former employer (the World Travel Awards Ltd) keeps ignoring the judgment of the Employment Tribunal London Central in relation to paying me a compensation for sex discrimination (on the grounds of maternity leave), constructive dismissal and unpaid wages.
The company failed to meet the 42-day deadline for this payment and never got in touch with me concerning the Employment Tribunal Judgement. I had to approach the County court to try to enforce the award. The company also ignores the court.
The World Travel Award Ltd ( calls itself the “Oscars” of the travel industry, http://www.worldtravelawards.com/index.php/wta/about_us/in_the_news/2005_london/the_wall_street_journal ). It deals with many respectable companies. The WTA shield is placed on the website of One World Alliance (the airliner alliance including BA, AA, Qantas and etc), and BBC WORLD is a media partner of the World Travel Awards).

Follow the above link you will see a document about the newly reformed Employment Tribunal I would suggest you document the outcome of your Employment Tribunal and the treatment you are recieving I am from California If you recieve a judgement for back pay or anything the employer is found guilty of they will pay you within days because they are fined for every day you wait for your funds. You could get an attorney to write a letter to the folks that awarded you the Judgement have it noterized and hand dilivered to the Judge who dealt with your case right in his court during one of the cases he is working on right now. I must say I am happy you did get a judgement I worked for the State Of California for 6 years and never knew the Union had bargined for my back pay a memoranndum was sent to the States Controller to Place me on a higher Scale and back pay me from my date of hire To make a long story of eight hard years of harrassment phycial abruse discrimmination I never saw the document while I was employed they sent it to me after fireing me while I was out on disibility for being as they said AWOL they said I never sent in my Doctor forms and they did not know where I was. Two years later they sent my personal belongings from my work area in a box delivered by UPS my husband found the Document a year or so later and the 180 days was long up for me to do anything so I was told. I am sure they have a dead line to pay you find out get a Employment Attorney to give you the perticulars and file a claim with the federal Government Aginst them. Them may Ignore the County But I bet they will respond to the Goverments Federal Court Systems Employment Laws are generated from the Federal Employment Statues race gender age and disibility are looked into with a fine tooth comb but you must make the company accountable by taking it to the next level which is to file you case in federal courts follow the link above download the information and follow up Good Luck
