I thought that my health coverage would cover a % but after I went abroad the info I was given was found NOT to be correct and after I needed emergency service at a hospital in in europe…is there hope of something? Anyone?

The point of insurance is that it covers fortuitous events – i.e. those that happen by chance. So, insurers exclude things that are almost bound to happen. In the circumstances you are unlikely to find cover for pre-existing conditions.

Got something to say?
