Has anyone bought “vacation ownership ” from Mayan Resorts in Mexico ?

Only after we got back home did we discover how severely we had been lied to. We requested cancellation of the contract and our deposit returned…they refused and are asking for more money. There were two websites….mayanresorts .org and mayanresorts.info …that told the truth about the fraud at Mayan but recently they were taken over by Mayan for their own advertising.Anyone have a problem with Mayan ? and has more ideas about fixing this problem of Mayans illegal sales abuses ? or at least helping spread accurate information about them to warn other travelers ?
