Which destination is better for a family vacation?

I am looking for a family vacation destination. I am planning on traveling in May 2009. The choices I have are Wisconsin Dells, WI, Hershey, PA, Great Lakes, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Edisto Island, SC. I want to go somewhere that my 4 year old son, my husband, me and my mother-in-law would like. Any suggestions or advice on where to go?
