I live in MI. I’m open to any kind of vacation, beaches, cities, basically anything that has something to offer during the day & night time.
The two destinations I had in mind are Cancun & Punta Cana. Anyone ever been there that has any input?

All right here’s the scoop. My friend wants to go on a family vacation (2 pre-teen boys and husband). She has a budget of about $1,500 (transportation and hotel) and wants to be around water but she’s not into the whole Disneyland and walking around doing the touristy thing.
Any suggestions? She lives in OKC….and doesn’t mind going overseas as long as it’s within the budget.
